Former teacher of English, and French as a foreign language, Karen carries out all of the front of house tasks with grace and aplomb. Karen came from Lyon to Neffies via Nottingham - and all for love.

 

Didier

Didier's life as a chef began 20 years ago in Cap d'Agde. From there he progressed through better and better restaurants, becoming chef d'hotel at the Brasserie Georges in Chambery, Lyon - the second largest luxury brasserie in France.
